The show is the UK’s largest health, fitness, beauty and wellbeing event for women with hundreds of top brands and unique products exhibiting, not to mention 60 free fitness and yoga classes.
Over the weekend there will also be inspirational talks from health experts including Patrick Holford, Kate Beckinsale’s trainer Ramona Braganza and Channel 4’s Food Hospital expert Lucy Jones.
I’ve never been to the show before but with the promise of discovering some incredible new brands, the opportunity to take part in free exercise classes at the Zest Fitness Park and see the likes of Patrick Holford talking live, I’m definitely going to pay a visit.
The Vitality Show in association with Activia is taking place at the Earls Court 2, London from Thursday 22 March – Sunday 25 March. Advance adult tickets are £15 or £19 on the door.
