A ‘superfood’ that’s slipped under the radar until recently, Baobab is an African fruit that has been loved by locals for centuries. The fruit comes with some impressive nutritional stats including more Vitamin C than oranges, more iron than red meat and a wealth of alkalising minerals including calcium, potassium and magnesium.
